The demand for talent is growing and so is our need for people with the ability and drive to join our exciting borough.

By now we hope that you have found a vacancy that interests you and matches your skills. In this section we provide guidance to help you with your application.

Searching for a job

You can search for opportunities based on keywords, job categories and salary. Once you have found a role that’s a good fit for your skills and experience, you’ll be asked to log into your account or set up a new account. Please provide an email address you use regularly, because that’s how we’ll keep in touch with you about your application.

If you cannot find a suitable role at this time, we recommend that you set up a Job Alert to keep you updated on when roles become available.


During the application process you may be asked a series of questions that you can answer online. Some of these are to ensure you have the right qualifications and abilities for the role. Others help us to make certain we meet all relevant legal requirements and comply with our business policies.


We’ll ask you to complete an application form or upload a CV/Supporting Statement. Please remember that the information you provide in your application will help us to decide whether or not you will be short listed for an interview. Take your time to study the job requirements, to write your application correctly and to complete it in full.


If you’re invited to continue to the next stage, we’ll ask you to attend either an assessment or interview. If you’re not selected, we’ll keep your details in our system for future opportunities.
